Pasquale was absolutely superb. He immediately acknowledged the problem, diagnosed it correctly and promptly did the repair. He deserves a five star review. But the installer and two other repairmen at your company do not. I have been suffering for months with the incorrectly installed unit. I have been freezing and, alternatively, boiling. The air conditioner will not shut off no matter how cold it got. Then there are times the heat comes on when it should not. I showed good faith and paid you $5,000 in cash for this negligently installed air conditioning unit. Given your clear negligence, I am asking you to please refund $1,000 for months of unbearable frustration and discomfort. In the future, please have Pasquale train your installers and repairmen. Don't do these, but Pasquale did a great job. Pleasure to have someone w/30 yrs+ experience diagnosis it correctly first time. Installed Air Handler new Blower Motor and even cleaned the fan blades before reinstalling. Real Pro, ask for Pasquale!

No cool bad water source cleared line happy maintenance customer
AC leaking water head refrigerant found the leak. It’s under warranty temporary air till install coil got customer on maintenance saved money happy customer.
AC not cooling new customer system was leaking in the attic unit was not installed by us. Air handler was not properly installed making it drain improperly setting up to do an adjustment of the unit and repair the return that’s been damaged. Happy customer got them on a maintenance.
